We’re looking for a Venture Capital Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about emerging technologies, startups, and the venture ecosystem who is eager to develop their investment skills.
What You’ll Do
- Source and evaluate early-stage startups across AI, biotech, and industrial innovation.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and deep dives into new technologies.
- Support investment due diligence with financial modeling and industry insights.
- Help prepare internal investment memos and presentations.
- Build relationships with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem partners.
- Support events, community initiatives, and content creation for SmartGateVC’s platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or at a startup.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and helping founders succeed.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
- A team player with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
